A wizard with a legal traffic light: no blind issuing

Four steps with autosave and, always in sight, the status of every requirement of art. 6 of Spain's Order FOM/2861/2012 — explained in plain language.

Parties, route and date, goods, vehicle and driver. Each step validates as you type: tax ID checksums, tractor plate format and — if it detects an articulated set — the trailer plate becomes mandatory too.

The side panel translates the law into green, amber or red. Before you issue, you already know whether the document will come out clean, with warnings or blocked — depending on the mode (strict or advisory) you choose for your account.

On issue: a PDF with its QR, a public inspection link and a send-to-driver button. All on one screen.

Templates, duplicate and master data: repeat work in seconds

Your daily route should never be typed twice. Issue from a template in under 60 seconds, from a duplicate in under 30.

Templates

Pin the usual parties, route and vehicle and leave only the date, weight or plate as variables. Open, fill two fields, issue.

One-click duplicate

Any document becomes a fresh draft dated today. Perfect for the return leg or the weekly delivery that never changes.

Master data (your address book)

Clients, vehicles, drivers and frequent routes, with initial CSV/Excel import. Wizard steps become clicks, not typing.

Batch issuing: paste your trips straight from Excel

A spreadsheet-style grid: one row per document, per-cell validation and a single button to issue them all. 25 documents in under 2 minutes, validation included.

Issue 3 documents

If you run your trips from a spreadsheet today, you don't have to switch tools overnight: copy the rows, paste them into the grid and fix whatever the per-cell validation flags.

Each row becomes a complete document with its PDF, its QR and its evidence log. Batch issuing runs on the same engine and the same legal rules as the wizard.

To the driver, no app: a link over WhatsApp, email or SMS

The driver opens the link on any phone and shows the QR full screen. You see the receipts: sent, delivered, opened.

Nothing to install, no account to create. The document can be saved on the phone for offline use, and when you issue a new version you re-send it in one click.

The dashboard flags active documents whose driver has not opened the link yet: you see the risk of driving without the document on board before an inspection does.

Reality changes on the road, and the law requires the document to reflect it. Every event is timestamped, attributed and chained into the evidence log: who changed what, when and why.

Previous PDF versions are never lost: they are kept and can be reviewed. If there is a dispute months later, the history answers for you.

Inspection scans; you know instantly

The officer accesses the document by QR or code, asking nothing of the driver. Every inspection download is recorded — and you get a real-time alert.

Inspection alert

Your document Seville → Valencia has just been accessed by the control authority (13:05).

The inspection page meets the technical requirements of Spain's Resolution of 5 June 2026 and always serves the current version of the document. It runs on infrastructure independent from the rest of the platform, because failing in front of the authority is not an option.

And the differentiator nobody else communicates: when an inspection downloads your document, you are alerted immediately — in the panel and, if you want, via webhook into your own system.

Sandbox, API and webhooks: grow without switching platforms

Start in the panel and integrate when your volume asks for it. Our panel consumes the very same public API we offer integrators: if the panel works, your integration works.

Test mode

A sandbox to rehearse your workflow or your integration without spending credits or touching live data. One switch turns it on.

REST API with idempotency

Issue, query and complete documents from your TMS or ERP. Idempotency keys prevent duplicates even when your network fails at the worst moment.

Webhooks with retries

Every document event reaches your system with automatic retries, a dead-letter queue and manual redelivery. If your server goes down, you lose nothing.

International haulage? Same engine, eCMR

The international electronic consignment note runs on the same platform, with the same evidence trail and the same driver flow. Spain has been a party to the eCMR protocol since 2011.
