Do my drivers have to install anything?
No. They receive a link over WhatsApp, email or SMS and open it on any phone. The QR shows full screen and the document can be saved for areas without coverage.
A freight operator subcontracts me: who issues the DeCA?
The party who contracts the transport in each chain is normally the one who must issue; often it will not be you. If it is your turn, you issue in a minute from a template. If someone else issues, your driver just carries the link.
I run international routes into Spain — does this affect me?

What if I swap trucks mid-trip?
You record the event (plate or vehicle change) with its reason from the panel or a phone: a new PDF version is generated, the driver link shows the current version and the history keeps the previous value. Inspections see the right document.
