From zero to a passed inspection, step by step
This is exactly what happens from the moment you create an account until an authority scans your document's QR. No fine print: every step is a real product feature.
No card required. No lock-in.
The full cycle, in four phases
- 1
Sign up and issue
No-card sign-up with 10 free documents. Issue with the wizard, from a template, in batch from Excel or via the API.
- 2
Share with the driver
A link over WhatsApp, email or SMS. No app. Delivery and open receipts so you know the copy is on board.
- 3
Record what happens on the road
Plate change, cargo transfer, incident: audited events that update the PDF and preserve the history.
- 4
Pass inspection and archive
The authority scans the QR, you get an instant alert and the document is archived with its evidence.
1 · Self-service sign-up, no sales calls
Create the account with your email, add your company details and pick your role: carrier, shipper or both.
Based on your role, the wizard pre-loads your company where it belongs (as performing carrier or contracting shipper) so you never retype it. You get 10 free documents to try the full workflow — no card, no lock-in — plus a test mode to rehearse without spending credits.
2 · Issue: draft, legal validation, activation
The document is born as a draft and costs nothing until you issue it. On activation: a PDF with its QR, a public inspection link and one credit spent. No hidden fees.
Fill in the four-step wizard with its art. 6 traffic light, start from a template (under 60 seconds), duplicate a previous document or paste twenty-five trips from Excel. Every path goes through the same legal validation: tax ID checksums, consistent plates, art. 6 requirements green before issuing.
The lifecycle is simple and audited: draft → active → completed. Every transition lands in the evidence log.
3 · Share: the driver carries it in a pocket
A direct link over WhatsApp, email or SMS. The driver installs nothing and creates no account: open and show.
Every send leaves a receipt: sent, delivered, opened. If the driver has not opened the link, the dashboard flags it — because driving without the document at hand is exactly the risk you want to spot before an inspection does.
New version after an in-route change? Re-send in one click; the driver's link always shows the current version.

Events can be added from the panel or arrive via API from your TMS. The complete history — versions, changes with old and new values, sends, inspection downloads — lives on the document page and in the hash-chained operation log.
5 · Inspection: the QR answers and you know
The officer scans the QR or types the code and sees the current version instantly, as required by Spain's technical Resolution of 5 June 2026.
The inspection page runs on infrastructure independent from the rest of the platform: failing in front of the authority is not an option. Every access is recorded with date and time, and you get a real-time alert — in the panel and via webhook if you want it in your own system.
After the trip, mark the service as completed. The document moves to archiving with its full history.

6 · Archiving with verifiable evidence
The completed document is kept for the legal retention period with its PDF versions, its event history and its hash chain. No filing cabinets, no relying on anyone's memory.
If a client, a court or a later inspection asks what happened, the answer is not "trust me": it is a cryptographically chained log where every operation seals the previous one and any tampering gives itself away.
The letter of the law
Don't take our word for it: read the official sources.
- Order FOM/2861/2012 — regulates Spain's administrative control document for road freight (the art. 6 content requirements).
- Law 9/2025 on Sustainable Mobility — makes the control document digital-only (the DeCA) from 5 October 2026.
- Resolution of 5 June 2026 — sets the DeCA's technical requirements: PDF, verifiable QR, integrity and traceability.
