Legal archiving
The document and its evidence history are kept for at least the legally required retention period, downloadable whenever you want.
Inspection URL
Every document gets its public QR-verifiable URL for roadside checks, and you are notified when an inspection views it.
Email delivery
Sending the document to the driver and the counterparty by email is included in the price. No per-recipient surcharge.
Transparency all the way down: every credit you consume is recorded in your account's ledger, linked to the document it paid for. A single-delivery document consumes 1 credit; multi-delivery adds 0.5 per extra delivery.

Billing and payment questions
What people ask before buying, answered straight.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Taxes not included. Your invoice applies VAT or the equivalent tax that corresponds to your country and tax status.
Will I get an invoice for my purchases?
Yes. Every bundle purchase or monthly fee generates an invoice with the tax details of your account. If you need an internal reference on it, write to us and we will sort it out.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.
Is one credit always one document?
A single-delivery document consumes exactly 1 credit, everything included. If one document groups several deliveries (multi-delivery), it consumes 1 credit plus 0.5 per additional delivery, rounded up. Every consumption is recorded in your account’s credit ledger, so you can always see where each credit went.
Do bundles expire?
No. Bundle credits never expire while your account is active. Buy the tier that fits and use it at your own pace.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You cannot issue new documents until you top up, but documents already issued, their legal archiving and their inspection URLs keep working normally. Buy another bundle and carry on where you left off.
Is there a set-up fee or lock-in?
Neither. The owner-driver plan can be cancelled at any time and simply ends at the close of the paid cycle. Bundles are prepaid: there is no subscription to cancel.
What does "launch pricing" mean?
It is the table we are launching with. It may change later, but whatever you have already bought is always honoured, and any change will be published on this page before it applies.
Can I fund it through Spain’s Kit Digital programme?
Ask us. Kit Digital is Spain’s SME digitalisation subsidy; we are evaluating the digitalisation-agent programme and would rather tell you the real status than promise something we cannot guarantee yet. Write to us and we will tell you where it stands.
Do the 10 free documents require a card?
No. When you create your account you get 10 free credits without entering any card. When they run out, you decide whether to continue: nobody charges you anything automatically.
